Quality and the Environmente
In order to have the most efficient organisation possible in all aspects of its activities, ESPYTES has implemented active policies for quality, the environment and prevention of occupational hazard.
Policies on environmental sustainability include measures such as reducing waste to zero, recycling all left-over material produced from any process, and requesting suppliers to carry out similar measures in their processes.
The company is well aware of developments and needs in its markets, mainly the automotive industry, and with the aim of maintaining an expanding its position of leadership in these, has implemented the following Quality Policy

Define the Quality Policy, which must be coherent with the company's other activities and in delivering our customers' requirements.

Embody it as a Quality System, according to directives on the ISO 9001:2000 standard and the ISO/TS 16949 technical specification.

Ensure that Espytes S.A. has constant access to structures required, the most competent human resources and most suitable training to conform to the demands of the product.

Review the Quality Management system to ensure that it is well-adapted and effective in meeting requirements at all times, by setting up an improvement plan with defined objectives.

Ensure that the staff at Espytes S.A. are informed of these objectives and aware of the importance of carrying out their work under a variety of disciplines, and are committed to achieving the goals.

Involve our suppliers in the policy, making them party to achieving our objectives.

Provide the resources needed to implement and fulfil an integrated management system for Prevention of Occupational Hazard, to safeguard health and safety throughout the organisation.

To make the whole company aware of, and take part in, protecting the environment when recycling potentially environmentally-harmful waste generated in the plant.
This describes the commitment that the management at Espytes S.A. has undertaken, with every member of the company working to achieve it.
The measures as a whole have enabled ESPYTES to attain a PPM level of 7, one of the best in the sector.
